Shooting Stars has events throughout the year. We have a July camp, an August camp, a six week fall clinic, a six week indoor session in the winter, and a 4 week - early spring session that runs BEFORE season starts. Then, we start over again in the summer.

Shooting Stars runs in a pattern. I keep the past events here so you know what to expect.
Summer - Two camps. One in July. One in August.
Fall - 6 week fall clinic - outdoors.
Winter - 6 week clinic - indoors.
Spring - 4 week clinic - outdoors
PreSeason Tune Up
Shooting Stars spring options run the 4 weeks BEFORE season begins. You can do this and your regular season. It is meant to give you a head start for season. After attending our 4 week clinic, you will begin your season on "week 5" of playing, not week one. If you are not sure if you want to play a full season, this is also a great way to find out! Occasionally, a computer glitch on the Rec and Parks website says you cannot sign up for this and HC Lax. THAT IS NOT TRUE. Email me and I can explain and have that fixed.
GIRLS: 3 options - Sunday only, Tuesday only, or come Sundays and Tuesdays for a discounted price.

Our skills based clinic is for players who need to develop skills AND play in game like scenarios. A portion of the night is spent learning and practicing skills in small group with advanced coaching, and a portion is spent playing games. This is best for intermediate and beginner players. Time is spent discussing how to best prepare for tryouts to prepare players for that experience.

Based on the success of our advanced option in September, we will be repeating this! The feedback we received was that the players felt like it was an opportunity to attend a travel team practice that included game time and expert coaching!
This is meant for players who have been to MULTIPLE sessions of Shooting Stars and played on a team with fully reffed games for at least 3 years. The players here will play full field games all night. These games will be run by coaches who will walk the field and give feedback and instruction throughout the night. Players should desire to play and run for the duration. If you are not sure, do the clinic above for another session.
Many players are saying that they are signing up for ONE night of clinic and ONE night of the advanced option. If you feel you can keep up with advanced players but also benefit from skill development, you may consider that option.
